Natasha is a Michigan State University alumna. She has over 4 years of recruiting experience in industries ranging from Information Technology, to Healthcare, to Government Services. Natasha is passionate about employment and helping individuals find meaningful careers. In her free time, Natasha enjoys spending time with her husband & daughter and cheering on her Spartans. Meghan has a diverse background including years of full cycle, 3rd party, and corporate recruitment, insurance experience in claims and legal research, as well as counseling for children. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Cognitive Studies, which has been useful throughout her career in serving, leading, and collaborating with people. She also completed a two year Culinary and Baking & Pastry Certification Program to further her passion for cooking and entertaining. Outside of the office, she spends time with her husband, Dave, and pups, Franklin and Joey, in their pool, at their Wisconsin lake house, and adventuring around the world.
Kyle graduated from Davenport University with a Bachelors of Science, and was a member of the 2016 National Championship Lacrosse team. For the past several years he has been working and recruiting in healthcare, focusing on organ procurement where he received a wealth of knowledge on relationship building, networking, and management with healthcare providers, administrators, and C-suite executives.
Josh has been in the recruiting industry since 2017: bringing a unique perspective to the hiring process. Having worked for several startups, Josh is passionate about networking, so recruiting is a natural fit. When Josh isn’t networking, you might find him with his family at a Twin Cities area park or hanging out with friends at a local coffee shop or brewery.
Originally from the Cleveland area, John spent 11 years as the Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator with the track and field program at Oberlin College where he received his Bachelor’s degree and also played football and competed in track and field. He then earned a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University. Having proven himself to be an elite recruiter and talent evaluator, John brings a unique interpersonal and holistic approach to recruiting efforts in order to create and develop meaningful relationships with individuals and organizations across industries. John absolutely loves his three nephews, ice cream, movies, being active, all things music, and watching and following just about every sport in existence.
Jeff finds joy in helping institutions and individuals reach their personal and professional goals. As an experienced consultant, he has worked with clients on a local and national basis to establish, implement, and achieve their internal initiatives. Jeff embraces challenges with a full heart and is eager to make a positive impact on our partner’s core principles.
Jazzae graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management that she immediately put to use with her entrepreneurial spirit. As a full time student she began building her award-wining dance company where she continues to coach aspiring dancers. When Jazzae is not recruiting, teaching, and working to develop the talents of others, she enjoys traveling, fitness, dance, and spending time with family and friends.
Greg’s career has been devoted to developing effective business client relationships, leading results-focused project work, recruiting, developing talent and overseeing strategic planning for service delivery. He prides himself on listening to uncover real business challenges and assembling the team and strategies to resolve them. Greg is a graduate of Kent State University, holds the “Breakthrough Award” from Mandel Communications and serves on numerous community and charitable boards including the
Y of Greater Grand Rapids.
Erin is an experienced legal professional and former business litigation attorney. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Erin joined AEBetancourt after a number of years as a legal staffing consultant for a large provider of talent acquisition and workforce consulting in Boston. Prior to entering the recruiting space, Erin worked as a litigation associate at a leading national law firm. Like Art, Erin is a graduate of Notre Dame where she majored in Psychology and Spanish and later obtained her JD.
Duncan is an experienced recruiting and employment consultant. Prior to joining AEBetancourt, Duncan spent five years recruiting in the Wealth Management industry and led the teams’ recruiting and business development efforts in the Northeast. Duncan was born and raised in Grand Rapids and graduated from Grand Valley State University’s Frederik Meijer Honors College and Seidman School of Business, where he studied Finance. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his fiancé, staying active, and playing golf.
